My Journey — From Navigating Change to Coaching it

My career has taken me across industries and cultures, working in fast-paced environments where adaptability and clarity are key. I have partnered with professionals and leaders across Europe and Asia, helping them navigate transitions, act with confidence and create meaningful impact.

A defining moment in my journey was earning my coaching certification with Erickson International, which I pursued in Austria, Shanghai and Belgrade. Choosing Shanghai wasn´t just an adventurous step — it was deeply tied to my Master’s research on intercultural adaptation in the workplace. As the only non-Chinese participant among 36, I experienced firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, overcoming communication barriers, and building trust in unfamiliar settings. This reinforced a belief that I now help others to achieve: real growth happens outside of the comfort zone.

My coaching isn´t about one-size-fits-all solutions — it´s about real growth. I help you build on your strengths, overcome roadblocks, and create a strategy that truly fits you.

My approach is practical and solution-oriented. I ask the right questions, challenge you where needed, and help you take action.

For teams, I foster trust and alignment, enabling them to work smarter, adapt faster, and achieve lasting results — for example, by highlighting where things slow down, so they can identify bottlenecks and optimize their workflow where it makes the biggest difference.
