"I began leading the Operations team in Vienna at the start of the year. There were many process improvements that needed to be made, and I couldn't have done them without Stefanie's help. She coached both me and the team through the various process changes that were implemented. Additionally, she helped improve the processes between the Operations team, Product, Customer, and Development teams. She helped me understand Vienna's culture, which helped me manage the team and individuals better. All of the retrospectives and meetings that Stefanie would run were so well planned and researched that, no stone was left unturned."
