As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC) with hundreds of coaching hours and an accredited Kanban Trainer, I bring together agile practices and people-centered coaching. I know that even the most committed teams can feel stuck: bottlenecks remain hidden, delivery slows down, and results feel unpredictable. My passion is to help make work visible and manageable — enabling steady improvements, smoother flow, and sustainable delivery of value. No one-size-fits-all approaches, but training and coaching tailored to your team’s context. Beyond work, you’ll often find me climbing or traveling — I’ve visited nearly 70 countries, always curious about how people work, lead, and grow.
